this stay exceeded my expectations after previous visits in madrid. the cleanliness of the deluxe king room impressed me, along with the generous breakfast options like fresh walnuts and spanish potato omelette. the peaceful location next to retiro park was a lovely getaway amidst the bustling city.

The hotel sits strategically across from a serene park, making it easily walkable to major attractions, enhancing the overall convenience of the stay.

The in-room coffee machine posed a bit of a hassle, being tucked away in a drawer which made access awkward. Additionally, the pillows left something to be desired. they were less comfortable than hoped, with a preference for varying heights not quite met. I also found the heating inconsistent at times, which could disrupt comfort during a stay.
